"I have been with State Farm since I learned to drive 17 years ago, and not with just State Farm, but with Ms. Melissa with Elaine Riegler and now Bret Denney's office specifically. When Elaine Riegler's client list was divided up among different agents and I was supposed to be sent off to another agent, I asked how long I had to wait until I could come running back to Ms. Melissa. When I call the office, I ask to speak to Ms. Melissa. I am sure that Mr. Colby is wonderful and does an excellent job, but Ms. Melissa has held my hand through every tiny and major accident I've ever had; she's helped me get the best discounts with my student discount, good driver, multi-car, etc. Her professionalism, customer service, and compassion exceeds all others and despite my numerous life events that require her expertise to tailor my policy, she never is exasperated when I call and ask for Ms. Melissa. If she ever leaves or retires, I'll probably just have to get a bus pass. If you want an excellent experience with your car insurance, ask for Ms. Melissa with Bret Denney's State Farm. You'll see what I mean."
